Sonoma's 1st Road Trip!

On Friday, June 25th, Sonoma embarked on her first road trip. It also marked her first visit to Bloomington, Indiana to meet the family! Friday night was a very late night, with an arrival time of midnight. She did very well for the 5 hour car trip, and we only stopped once to feed her in Lafayette. Saturday was spent meeting her Uncle David and Aunt Carrie, who drove up from Athens, Georgia. It was their first time meeting Sonoma and we all had a great time together at Grandma and T's house. Grandma, T, Aunt C & David babysat Sonoma while Marcus and I attended Amy Adams'(Patriotic Princess) beautiful wedding.

Sunday was my Dad's Birthday & Sonoma's Open House to meet my family. We felt extremely blessed to have all of my family members stop by my parent's house. Everyone was so sweet to her and she enjoyed meeting her Great-Grandparents and Great Aunts, Uncles and Cousins for the 1st time ever! It was absolutely wonderful visiting with family. Thank you to all of the family that stopped by, and especially to those who drove in from out of town!
