Sonoma is becoming more and more independent with each passing day. Of course it makes me sad, but she is still the best hugger/kisser that I could ever ask for, so that makes it all OK. The past few meals she has been using a spoon and a fork, but was asking me to put the food on the utensil for her. However, today at lunch she ate an entire container of yogurt by herself! I was so proud!
On a side note, we are having major problems with climbing! Sonoma won't stop climbing on furniture. I seriously cannot turn my head for 5 seconds because she is standing on a table, a bed, a couch, etc. It's so dangerous! We try blocking stuff, but we can't block every piece of furniture. Any advice?
Also, if any of you Mommies or Daddies have any advice on getting your toddler to sit in a stroller or a shopping cart, PLEASE share. Sonoma is great in her jogging stroller for a long run, but now refuses to go in her umbrella stroller for quick errands, or to sit in a grocery cart. She just wants to walk by herself. She busts out of the seat belts. HELP!!!
