Morton Arboretum

We spent a beautiful fall day at the Morton Aboretum to celebrate our favorite month and season.

It was the first cold day of the season and Sonoma wore her new hooded sweater that Grandma knitted for her! She loved it and definitely needed it to keep warm. What a special gift :)

The trees were so gorgeous & should be turning colors very soon. The Arboretum here sits on 1,800 acres! They had a fall color festival going on with wine tastings, food, a children's area and many hiking trails. It was very chilly and I was afraid Sonoma was too cold, so we didn't stay very long, but still had a great time.

We walked along Scarecrow Trail:

We looked at baby owls, aren't they so cute?!
