Today was Sonoma's Thanksgiving Feast at PDO. She only stayed from 9-12 and then all of the parents met the kids from 12:00-1:00 for their Thanksgiving Feast. I was so exited that Marcus was able to come and pick her up from her classroom to see how nice all of the kids are sitting in their chairs when they open the doors for the parents. The little turkey in the picture above was Sonoma's craft for the day!
We both had a great time sharing a wonderful Thanksgiving meal prepared by us parents. Before we ate, the kids all lined up to sing their Fall & Thanksgiving songs. Of course the 3 & 4 year old classes were really the ones singing. Most of the kids in the 1 & 2 classes were crying or wanting their parents to hold them. Case in point below :
